If you are bitten by a cone snail, you will have plenty of time to smoke a cigarette before dying. Interestingly, the venom of these snails, even living in the same place, is different in composition and degree of toxicity, which is not observed in other poisonous creatures. There is no antidote for it, and the treatment is only symptomatic.
