If you were lucky enough to visit a tree house as a child, then you probably remember how cozy it was. Remember or experience this feeling for the first time at the wonderful Tree House Cabins in the middle of the breathtaking mountain scenery of Hangzhou in China.
A unique and incredible project was created by architects in the Hangzhou province: the architectural company WH Studio built an entire “village” on trees. Nature lovers will definitely appreciate the tree houses in a picturesque place, because the «village» is very harmoniously blended into the surrounding landscape. WH Studio designed the hotel to blend in with the surrounding landscape, and the groups of houses looked like they were built on a single tree. Representatives of the firm said that they had to spend a lot of time exploring the area and thinking about how their project will interact with nature. Walkways, platforms and houses are part of the vertical landscape, making the guest feel like he is literally climbing a tree. The houses and platforms are turned at different angles and are connected by stairs in the same way that a person changes direction when climbing a tree to find the easiest path.
