  1. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are a storehouse of organic acids. Specifically, tannic acid in combination with a hydrochloride gastrointestinal tract dramatically increases the risk of cracks in the mucous membrane, which can provoke an ulcer with internal bleeding, acute gastritis, colitis, enterocolitis, and pancreatitis.
